GP management decided to conduct a development and training program for all GP Executive staff to identify their leadership skills and qualities. This training program was conducted to build and equip them to identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses in their work life and also in their personal life. There were team building trainings and SOFT skill trainings as well in this program. Mr. Indika Ranathunga Professional Training & Development and Personality expert conducted this program.
Together with the GP management and HR department, GP family got together to celebrate the Sinhala and Tamil New year’s under the topic of “wadath samaga awurudhu” The concept of this celebration is, while at work we celebrate and enjoy the New Year’s vibe. In this event we selected GP King and Queen, most commodious person, loudest laugh, and few other amusing events. All winners were chosen with judge panels and participation of all employees and the see the enthusiasm in them was amazingly heart touching.
Better than before Management training program was conducted to equip motivate and enhance the managers to think in a different perspective and to focus on development of themselves, for the betterment of the company, how to manage the employees accordingly. This program was one of the highlighted event and GP Senior Management all Managers participated in this training. This program was conducted by Mr. Indika Ranathunga professional Learning and Development and Personality expert.
