Homage to Bodhi
Respect to the religions is a habit for Sri Lankans. To observe the religious thoughts, GP Garments (Pvt) has organized the annual Bodhi Poojawa at the Jayabodiya temple, Avissawella on 20th of October 2017.

Art competition
The annual art competition was held on 23rd of July 2017 at the company premises. Around 20 employees showed their creativity.
1st place – Chathurika (Work study department)
2nd place – Chandrika (Work study department)
3rd place – Hashini (QC department)
4th place – Deepika (Laksman line)
5th place – Vidusha (Audit section)

Annual trip to Kandy 2017
The annual trip to Kandy held on 16th of September 2017 was a memorable day for all at GP…
This event was organized by the management of GP Garments in order to offer all its employees a full day of fun and joy. Employees have first visited the Peradeniya botanical garden and then went for a party at the Mahanama ground. The place was ready with an array with events including musical chairs, best dance couple selection…etc. These games meant for the little kids, employees and the staff too. The best opportunity was to spend the time with the Lunch time TV program crew in an enjoyable manner. They also conduct some events for the employees like fashion shows, dancing competition,… etc. The employees enjoyed the delicious foods and the DJ music whole day. This was an awesome day out for all the employees to gear themselves for a better productivity.
