Launch of 13th issue of ‘Naganahiru – Rising Sun’ annual magazine and 12th issue of ‘Panhindaka Arumaya’ short story collection
On 25th of January 2020, GP Garments launched its ‘Naganahiru – Rising Sun’ annual magazine (13th edition) and ‘Panhindaka Arumaya’ short story collection at the GP premises which illustrate all the activities done during the year (sport, cultural, health & safety, religious, dancing…etc). On that day GP always inviting a chief guest, this year it was Mr. Hasantha Hettiarachchi, the Director of Independence Television Network and Rupavahini Corporation and he shared his experiences and thoughts about the society.
Our Managing director, Chief Finance & other Compliance Officer, Factory Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager thank GP family for the great achievements of 2019 and wish all the best for the new-year 2020. As usual, after the wishes, award ceremony was held. After the award ceremony, DJ music entertained all the workers. Throughout the day, company organized some games. It was a memorable day for everyone and employees were very happy.
GP Dancing Competition
To improve the aesthetic skills of the employees GP Garments organized its annual dancing competition on 25th of January 2020 at the company premises. The competition includes two categories: Eastern and Western dancing.
